- EMGs Not Getting Emails?
- Due to some issues with email providers in the past, some of your volunteers may complain that they don’t get Better Impact (BI) emails. If they’ve checked their spam folders and don’t see emails sent through BI, they might be on BI’s “Email Deny List”. This happens because the user’s email address has marked too many BI-sent emails as spam.
- EMGs should contact their local coordinator for troubleshooting this.
